Content: Resolved:   1.2     That Cabinet:   a)       Approve the Planning Obligations & Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document attached at Appendix 1 for adoption; and   b)       Approve the proposed responses to representations received during consultation on the draft Planning Obligations & Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document as set out in Appendix 2;   c)       Authorise the Director of Planning and Environment, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning Services, to make any necessary typographical and other minor amendments to the SPD prior to its publication.
