Content: Resolved:   1.2     That the Cabinet agrees the following policy position:   a) That land at Church Road Chichester is marketed for the disposal of 100% Affordable Housing scheme including an element of Extra Care Provision. Noting that the preferred approach is for a “dispersed in the community scheme” as opposed to a large “standalone scheme”.
