Purpose: Agree the Project Initiation Document (PID) and approve the release of estimated budget towards the redevelopment of the White Pavilion in Priory Park, Chichester.

Content: Recommendations:   1.2     Cabinet recommends the Project Initiation Document (PID) at Appendix 1 to Council, for the redevelopment of the White Pavilion in Priory Park, Chichester.   1.3     Cabinet recommends to Council the release of £150,000 of Asset Replacement Fund, £110,240 of Section 106 and £736,595 Community Infrastructure Levy to enable the delivery of the project, as set out in 4.2 and 4.3 of this report.   1.4     Cabinet delegates authority to the Director for Growth and Place, following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Culture, Sport and Place, to approve the appointment of a contractor to deliver the works to practical completion following conclusion of the procurement exercise.
