Delegation sought for monies to be released by Divisional Manager in consultation with the Cabinet Member once key requirements (outcome of tendering exercise and lease secured) have been finalised.

Content: Recommendation from Cabinet to Council:   1.2      To approve, subject to lease and any other permissions, the allocation of £256,415.52 S106 Community Facilities monies (plus accrued interest) to Age Concern Southbourne, as detailed in Section 4 of this report.   1.3      That Council delegates to the Divisional Manager for Communities & Customer Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Communities and Wellbeing, the release of monies.
