Content: Single year contract for the provision of logistics software for refuse collection, including food waste, with 3-4 licences to allow for the required routing as part of the food waste service implementation To let a single year contract to RouteWare. The software has been used on a single licence for many years following an initial county wide procurement.  This was cost effective.  Given the work this year the Council will need 3-4 licences, this increases the value of the order. With LGR the Council will keep to the single year and review options in 2027. Other existing suppliers have options, these have been compared in the past and will be again in 2027 based on the need at that point and LGR partner requirements.
