Purpose:

Content: The Assistant Director Housing Services has approved the award of contracts for the delivery of Semi-Independent Supported Housing Services for homeless people commencing on the 1st June 2026 to:   Wirral Churches Ark Project (WCAP) (Lot 1 – 14 units of semi-independent supported housing) with a contract term of two years, with the option to extend the contract by a further 2 years, as the highest scoring tenderer in accordance with the Most Advantageous Tender criteria at an estimated contract cost of £204,324.49 based on a four-year term.   The Riverside Group Ltd (Lot 2 – 50 units of semi-independent supported housing) with a contract term of two years, with the option to extend the contract by a further two years, as the highest scoring tenderer in accordance with the Most Advantageous Tender criteria at an estimated contract cost of £1,143,948 based on a four-year term.
