Content: RESOLVED:   Seahouses Primary School and Busy Bees Nursery Heating System   1.    Cabinet approve the expenditure of £0.485 million in 2026-27 for the capital works on the heating system for Seahouses Primary School and Busy Bees Nursery. This expenditure will be Council funded: £0.350 million from the Estate Decarbonisation Allocation project and £0.135 million from the Estate Energy Efficiency project contained within the capital programme.   2.    Cabinet approve the amendment to the capital programme to reallocate £0.350 million from the Estate Decarbonisation Allocation project and £0.135 million from the Estate Energy Efficiency project to the Seahouses Primary School and Busy Bees Nursery Heating System project in the capital programme in 2026-27.
