Content: To approve the appointment of the proposed Independent Chair and Vice Chair of the Llandudno Neighbourhood Board in accordance with the UK Government Pride in Place Programme requirements and the delegated authority granted by Cabinet. (a)        That Jim Jones be appointed as the Chair of the Llandudno Pride In Place Neighbourhood Board.   (b)        That Jayne Black be appointed as Vice-Chair of the Llandudno Pride In Place Neighbourhood Board.   An open recruitment process has been undertaken, and the appointment of the Chair is required to enable the Neighbourhood Board to be selected and to submitted to UK Government Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government by the deadline 17 July 2026.   None.
