Purpose:

Content: 1.     To authorise a 1-year extension to the contract awarded to Barnet Federated GPs Community Interest Company (CIC) for the provision of Smoking Cessation services and management of NHS Health Checks and GP Smoking Cessation services, with an extension value of £400,943, effective from 1 April 2026 for the delivery of NHS Health Check Services and Smoking Cessation Services, and 1 July 2026 for the Management Services. Both elements of the contract will therefore continue for an additional 12 months from their respective commencement dates.
