Purpose: To agree the appointment of two of the Executive Directors from Southend Care Limited to its board.    

Content: To agree the appointment of two of the Executive Directors from Southend Care Limited to its board.     To appoint Charlene Adutwim, Director of Operations, and Liz Farrell, Director of Corporate Services to the SCL board to enable the company to be quorate in accordance with the SCL company articles and shareholder agreement.     The appointment of Directors to the SCL board is a reserved matter for the Shareholder. Do nothing. This would result in the SCL Board not being quorate. The Company would not be able to operate without a Board in place.
