Content: Councillor Davies redeclared a disclosable pecuniary interest in the above application and left the meeting during the consideration thereof.   Councillor P. Leaver redeclared his interest for transparency reasons in the above planning application and left the meeting during the consideration thereof.   Councillor C. Leaver redeclared her interest for transparency reasons in the above planning application and left the meeting.   The Committee considered a report by the Lead Officer Development Management (circulated previously) regarding planning application 81262.   In response to questions from the Committee, the Lead Officer Development Manager advised the following:   ·       A consideration of the planning implications for the fall-back had been made, however, it was accepted that this scheme would result in a ‘betterment’ to the extant scheme, subject to conditions relating to sustainability improvements.   RESOLVED (unanimous) that the application be APPROVED as recommended by the Lead Officer Development Manager.
