Content:   Resolved: 1.  That the project to construct an all-user access route around the perimeter of playing fields at Charlton Leisure Centre, listed in the Council’s Corporate Action Plan for year four of the Corporate Plan and as described in this report, be approved. 2.  That £310,000 be added to the Council’s Capital Programme for construction and delivery of the route. 3.  That the Director of Community and Leisure be given delegated authority to make changes of a minor nature to the final design and layout of the route, including hard and soft landscaping.
