Content: Councillor Ritchie declared a Transparency Statement in relation to Item 4 as he had attended a tournament at the venue however, having applied the objective test, he concluded that he would remain and take part in the determination of the item.   Councillor Owen declared a Transparency Statement in relation to Item 4 as she had attended events at the venue however, having applied the objective test, she concluded that she would remain and take part in the determination of the item.   Councillor Nicol declared a Transparency Statement in relation to Item 7 as she had a family connection to the school considered within the report.  However, having applied the objective test, she concluded that she would remain and take part in the determination of the item.
