Purpose: As part of the Company standard terms and conditions of employment, employees are entitled to a pay review each year.
Content: (Not for Publication – Exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part I of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act, 1972. It was considered that in all the circumstances of the case the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighed the public interest in disclosing the information.) Paul Brindle, General Manager, Lancashire Renewables, and Joanne Fish, Business and Finance Manager, Lancashire Renewables, presented a private and confidential report on the Annual Pay Award 2026 & Employment Terms & Conditions for Lancashire Renewables. The report set out the findings of the review, including the proposals for pay increases and the associated rationale. The committee requested if benchmarking data to compare how Lancashire Renewables compared to other similar sized organisations could be presented to a future committee meeting. Resolved: That the recommendations as set out in the report be approved.
