Purpose:

Content: The Chairman of the Audit & Governance Committee, Cllr J M Whitehouse, presented a report on the Anti-Fraud and Corruption Strategy.   Cllr J M Whitehouse reported that the Strategy had been reviewed by the Audit & Governance Committee at its meeting held on 16 February 2026. The Strategy remained largely unchanged, although it did now refer to the Economic Crime & Corporate Transparency Act 2023, and the Strategy was recommended to the Council for approval.   Resolved:   (1)        That the Anti-Fraud and Corruption Strategy be approved.
