Purpose:

Content: AGREED: that   1.  the evaluation criteria set out in the report be approved.   2.  procurement be commenced in respect of the provision of a service provider for the processing of Dry Mixed Recycling.   The Authority requires an arrangement for the processing, reuse/recycling/recovery and disposal of this its Dry Mixed Recycling waste to maximise recycling performance and avoid potential Welsh Government fines. Locating the facility within the Cardiff boundary is necessary to maintain continuity of service and to avoid any adverse impacts on waste collection operations.
