Content: AGREED: thatparticipation in the Welsh Government National Empty Homes Grant Scheme be authorised and the service level agreement with the lead authority for the Scheme be entered into.   To participate in the Welsh Government National Empty Homes Grant Scheme to enable eligible applicants to secure external Welsh Government grant funding towards bringing empty properties back into use within the private housing sector for their own home ownership. A tool to assist in tackling the issue of empty homes and increase housing supply.
