Purpose:

Content: Councillor Bill Revans proposed the recommendations, which were seconded by Councillor Liz Leyshon.   Having been duly proposed and seconded, the Council Resolved to:-   1)    Agree and adopt the proposed Somerset Council Vision, Missions and Principles, as set out in appendix A.   2)    Delegate authority to the Chief Executive in consultation with the Leader of the Council to make any minor changes to the vision should these be considered necessary following the development of the Council’s Corporate Plan.
