Purpose: To consider the Strategic Procurement Plan for the provision of new Highways Software Contract. The purpose of this procurement project is to provide a further contract to manage the data collect, asset management and permit allocation of works within the highways and transport department.

Content: RESOLVED that the Cabinet Member for Planning, Transport and Countryside approves the Strategic Procurement Plan (confidential Annex A) for procuring new highways software contracts and delegates the decision to award the contract to the Executive Director: Place.
