Purpose: To consider the next stage of the council's transformation programme, the procurement of a partner to support in the development and implementation of this programme, as well as allocating funding through the flexible use of capital receipts strategy to support the programme's delivery.

Content: AGREED: That Cabinet noted the report and: i)                 Approved the approach to procure a specialist transformation partner (or partners) to support with the design and implementation of phase 2 of the Future Shape transformation programme ii)               Approved funding for the appointment of a transformation partner (or partners) to be allocated under the flexible use of capital receipts strategy as set out in section 4 of the report. iii)             Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Resources & S151 Officer in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Corporate Services, Transformation and Asset Management and the Cabinet Member for Finance to award a contract (or contracts) for a transformation partner (or partners)
