Content: The collection of rubbish and recycling from the community event. Amount awarded: £214.80   Decision reason: The Big Green Fair is a very significant community event which has attracted a large number of participants and which will draw attention to climate change and sustainability and the ways we can respond to it. Making appropriate arrangement for rubbish collection and disposal is important if the fair is to run smoothly.   Declaration or disclosable pecuniary interest/any other significant interest: I was part of the panel that approved the Green Grant to help fund this event and I will manning a table at the Fair in my capacity as a FHDC councillor and portfolio holder.
