Purpose: To continue provision of support for Ukrainians, both newly arrived and those who have been here for over 4 years (since the start of the war in Ukraine in February 2022).  

Content: To continue provision of support for Ukrainians, both newly arrived and those who have been here for over 4 years (since the start of the war in Ukraine in February 2022).   To directly award a 12-month contract to Connection Support to continue to deliver the Homes for Ukraine Wraparound Support Service at a value of £239,000 with an option to extend for 12 months with a total overall value of £439,000.   The direct award delivers strong financial, social, and operational value, ensuring continuity of a trusted and effective service, while maximising the impact of the Homes for Ukraine grant funding.
