Content: Resolved:   1.  That the Executive Board approves the proposed Housing, Property and Customer Services (HPCS) performance framework for 2026 onwards, for the performance reports to be received throughout the year.   2.  That the Board receives the annual Landlord Assurance Report 2025/26.   3.  That a further report be brought to Executive Board outlining delays, completed work, and alternative solutions.
