Purpose:

Content: Councillor Juned – Leader of the Council   The Cabinet was presented with the Quarter 4 Year-End 2025-2026 Performance report that monitored the delivery of Key Performance Indicators.   The options open to The Cabinet were to note the performance achieved, or to request further information.   In receiving the report, it was noted that 67% of Council Plan Actions had been achieved to their target date, with a further 7% achieved and ongoing. Of the remaining actions, 12% had not been achieved by the target deadline, while 14% had not been achieved but remained ongoing. It was further noted that 61% of Key Performance Indicators had met their targets in Quarter 4, rising to 64% by the year end.   The Portfolio Holder for Housing and Customer Services confirmed that the redevelopment of 1 Evesham Place had been completed.   Accordingly, it was   RESOLVED:   That the position in relation to the Quarter 4/End of Year 2025-2026 Performance Monitoring report be noted.   Note: This item is not subject to call-in to the OSC as it is not a key-decision
