Content: Proposed licence to allow the Council’s tenant to underlet their lease of Plot W Masons Road Stratford upon Avon.   That the Council agrees to grant the licence to underlet.   The Council owns the freehold of the property with a lease to the head tenant at a rent of £4500 per annum from June 2019 to June 2144. The Council’s tenant will remain obligated for all aspects of the lease. The Council’s solicitors are drafting the licence to assign, and its costs will be covered.
