Content: Councillor Michael Vincent, Leader of the Council and Sarah Palmer, Director of Transformation and Change submitted a report to provide an overview of quarterly performance against the council’s key projects and measures. The report covers the final quarter in 2025/26 for the period 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026.   Decision   Cabinet agreed:   Cabinet is asked to note the report and year end position and endorse the proposed remedial actions to address projects and measures not currently on track.
