Content: Decision Category A: The exercise of an express delegation from the Council, Cabinet or Committee.   Meeting Name: Cabinet Meeting Date: 9th April 2026 (Minute Item 211 Provision of External Services for Strategic Access Management & Monitoring (SAMM) for the Wealden Heath Phase II Special Protection Area (SPA))   To approve the appointment of South Downs National Park Authority as the external provider of Strategic Access Management and Monitoring (SAMM) services for Whitehill & Bordon, in accordance with the Council’s procurement procedures. Either party may terminate the Agreement which is to be entered into between the parties at any time during the 2-year term by giving not less than three months’ written notice to the other party.   The proposed agreement may be extended for up to two further one year periods (initial 2 + 1 + 1), subject to the mutual agreement of the parties in the form of a deed and subject to any revised terms and conditions.
