Purpose: To receive the annual report on Risk Management and Business Continuity.

Content: The Executive Resolved That  (i)    the Risk Management and Business Continuity Annual Report, and the progress made over 2025/26 in embedding effective risk management and business continuity arrangements, be noted; and           (ii)   the continued review and improvement of the arrangements in line with agreed governance and monitoring processes be endorsed. Reason: Continuous development of risk management and business continuity is essential to ensure the Council can manage its risks effectively, maintain critical services during disruptions, and support informed decision-making and resilience in delivering Council objectives.
