Content: To discontinue the service for collection of WEEE (small electricals), textiles and coffee pods, including the reassignment of the operative and van.   Suitable alternatives to recycle these items are available, the removal would save costs, create space in the depot and eliminate risks around informal agreements and market volatility. Continuing the service is considered but not recommended as best use of council funds and resources. None
