Content: To write off two debts totalling £115,864.27 Debt relating to interest arising from late payment of section 106 community facilities and affordable housing contributions, totalling £90,153.79, has been outstanding since October 2016. Separately, debt relating to interest arising from late payment of a further section 106 affordable housing contribution instalment, totalling £25,710.48, has been outstanding since January 2017. Despite action to recover these debts, the amounts remain unpaid and the time limit for formal recovery has expired. Leave the debt as due and continue to send reminder letters and / or take Developer A to court for non-payment. This was rejected given the age of the debt and the likelihood of the debtor successfully defending any legal claim on time limitation grounds None
