That the following be appointed to Witherley Parish Council in accordance with Section 91 of the Local Government Act 1972:   Stuart Bray Keith Lynch Dr James Moore Lynda Hodgkins Ann Pendlebury David Edwards Brian Sutton. Witherley Parish Council had become inquorate and therefore unable to make decisions nor co-opt new members. No other options were available due to the need for the parish council to be able to make decisions.
