Content: To appoint members to Witherley Parish Council due to them being inquorate and therefore unable to make decisions. That the following be appointed to Witherley Parish Council in accordance with Section 91 of the Local Government Act 1972: Â Stuart Bray Keith Lynch Dr James Moore Lynda Hodgkins Ann Pendlebury David Edwards Brian Sutton. Witherley Parish Council had become inquorate and therefore unable to make decisions nor co-opt new members. No other options were available due to the need for the parish council to be able to make decisions.
