Content: To update Members on proposals for the future use of the former Grove High School site and to seek views on and support for the disposal to Coleg Cambria RESOLVED – That the Chief Officer Housing and Assets be authorised to agree to terms for a disposal to Coleg Cambria and determination of boundaries, in consultation with Lead Member Finance and Asset Management and Lead Member Education.     Reasons for Decision   (i)             To obtain support for a course of action to dispose of the surplus property and generate a significant cost saving to the Council.   (ii)            Enable a vacant site to be brought back into a productive use for the benefit of Wrexham City Centre and wider County Borough.
