That Cabinet:   1)         Approve the adoption of both the Housing Standards Enforcement and Civil Penalty Policy.   2)         Authorise the Head of Environment and Community Services to make minor amendments to the policies with agreement with the Cabinet Member for Residents Services’ and Housing.
