Purpose: Proposal to replace existing Modular for SRP and increase places

Content: Resolved   That the Portfolio Holder for Finance and Property   1.     Approves the addition to the capital programme of the scheme at Outwoods Primary School, Atherstone, at an estimated cost of £0.345 million to be funded from the High Needs Provision Capital Allocation, an external grant from the Department for Education;   2.     Approves the increase in the number of places the provision can offer from 8 to 16; and   3.     Authorises the Executive Director for Children and Young People, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance and Property, to carry out appropriate procurement processes and to enter into all relevant and appropriate contracts for the works on terms and conditions acceptable to the Executive Director for Resources.
