Content: Resolved   That Cabinet   1.     Considers and comments on the Year End 2025/26 organisational performance;    2.     Agrees the proposed changes to the 2026/27 Performance Management Framework as detailed in 6.2 of the report; and   3.     Agrees to refer the report to Overview and Scrutiny Committees (OSCs) to consider, in detail, the information relevant to their individual remits.
