Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED that   1.       future update reports on the Implementation Plan and the approach to assurance and monitoring for the Local Government Reorganisation programme and transition to the new Council including progress tracking against critical milestones be received going forward;   2.       the Terms of Reference for the Joint Member Implementation Group, as attached at Annex 2 of the report, be agreed; and   3.       it be noted that the Leader would be receiving further advice from the Interim Head of Paid Service in due course regarding the introduction of formal governance arrangements with West Surrey Shadow Authority, for matters that have an interdependency.
