Content: To approve and proceed with the proposed delivery plan.   Reasons for recommendations                  The delivery plan reflects specific criteria set out in the government guidance published to allocate and administer the grant and addresses identified need locally within Chorley.   Other options considered and rejected To not deliver the programme and receive the funding.  This would mean that those residents in crisis that need the support would not receive it.
