Content: Report setting out Council’s responses to the MHCLG request for initial feedback on specific content aspects of the Structural Changes Order for Greater Lincolnshire.   Please note that in line with Article 10.14 of the Constitution, the call-in procedure has been suspended. Resolved:   1.  That the responses to MHCLG questions 1 to 9 were approved and submitted to government to meet their response deadline of 16 June 2026.   2.  That the response to MHCLG question 10 was also approved and submitted to government on 16 June 2026 rather than being delayed until the government response deadline for this specific question of 17 August 2026.
