Content: Consideration was given to the Procurement and Contracts Report, which sought Cabinet approval for the procurement and award of the contracts listed in Appendix 2, provided an overview of current and planned procurement activity, updated Cabinet on progress since the previous report, and established the basis for publication of the Council’s procurement pipeline in line with the National Procurement Policy Statement and the Procurement Act 2023.   RESOLVED: i)                 Cabinet agreed to defer making a decision on this matter to a future meeting to allow further time for consideration and consultation with services on the information presented.
