Content: The Team Leader for Waste Strategy and Circular Economy introduced the item.   Chair asked about the geographical spread of the voluntary organisations being supported as part of the project. The Team Leader for Waste Strategy and Circular Economy said that more located in Oxford City than in other areas of the County, which reflected population distribution, and assured the Chair that her team worked to ensure they covered a wide geographical area.   Chair approved the recommendation.   RESOLVED to approve the proposal to enter a 1-year grant funding arrangement with the Community Action Group Project Oxfordshire Limited (CAGPOL).
