Purpose: Cabinet decision 3rd December 2025 in respect of an extension of the existing Southwest Sub-Regional Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of independent residential care for looked after children

Content: Having consulted with Ben Evans, Cabinet Member for Children’s Safeguarding and Care in accordance with the Cabinet decision made on the 3rd December 2025:    DECISION    To admit the suppliers listed in this report to the Southwest Residential Dynamic Purchasing System  for the provision of independent residential homes for children in care.  This is operated by South Gloucestershire Council on behalf of itself, Gloucestershire County Council, North Somerset Council and Bath and North-East Somerset Council in accordance with the selection criteria within this Dynamic Purchasing System.    To remove the suppliers listed in this report who have resigned from the Dynamic Purchasing System.
