Purpose: Contract award for fire door upgrades at Addison and Melcombe Primary Schools

Content: 1.     Approve the award of contract to the Preferred Supplier for the value set out in Appendix 1, inclusive of the identified project contingency.   2.     Approve an additional programme contingency of 10%, to be used where necessary to fund variations or associated contract costs.   3.     Agree that Appendices 1, 2, 3, and Annex 1 are exempt from publication under paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as they contain information relating to the financial or business affairs of specific organisations.
