Purpose: This report seeks approval to award a contract for delivery of pan-London HIV prevention campaigns, community mobilisation, outreach, testing promotion, quality improvement and capacity building with grassroots organisations to Naz Project London following a competitive tender under the NHS Provider Selection Regime to ensure the best value.   The contract will run from July 2026 and run through 31 June 2027, at £275,000 with the possibility of a two-year extension, until 31 June 2029 at the total value of £825,000. Lambeth commissions services on behalf of the Pan-London HIV Prevention Programme.
