Content: (1) Approve a variation to the existing contract with System C formerly known as Liquid Logic to include an additional module for the implementation of Children’s Social Care Shared Care interface commencing on 26th June 2026. (2) Approve a variation to the existing contract with System C formerly known as Liquid Logic to include an additional module for Adults’ Social Care Shared Care commencing on 25th February 2027. (3) Approve a variation to the existing contract with System C formerly known as Liquid Logic to include an additional module for ContrOCC Insights Reporting commencing on 25th February 2027. (4) Approve a variation to the existing contract with System C formerly known as Liquid Logic to include an additional module for the Provider Portal commencing on 25th February 2027. (5) Approve a variation to the existing contract with System C formerly known as Liquid Logic to include an additional module for Online Financial Assessment and Financial Protection commencing on 25th February 2027 The System C formerly known as Liquid Logic was awarded on the 6th of February 2023. The start date of the current contract was the 25th of February 2023 with an initial end date of the 24th of February 2028. This contract has one option to extend until the 24th of February 2030. In relation to Share Care there are no alternatives, to enable SCC to share data, and for Social Care staff to access wider health data in a secure manner this interface is required.
