(i) That, in accordance with Contract Procedure Rule Schedule 1 6.5.2 (iv) a JCT Minor Works 2024 with amendments be awarded to Wrightspace Limited for the Modular Building Installation at Knowsley Central School, Huyton. (ii) That STAR Procurement, Assets Service and Legal Services be authorised to make the necessary arrangements for the issue of the relevant contract documentation. Do Nothing: This option was considered and rejected because a failure to award the contract would result in the school not being able to offer much needed in-borough special educational needs pupil places. Deliver In House: This option was considered and rejected as the Council does not have the skills to deliver this work in house.
