Purpose:

Content: Agreed (1) from General Statement - (a) 16/25 – to note - R&I Programme of Work presented to BAC 12/5/26 confirmed that this scheme is still on the reserve list, Timeline of Sept 26, (b) 17/25 – to note - works are progressing well with majority of works required to install the pedex crossing and are close to completion. The team are liaising with the lighting contractor to confirm a date for them being on site to install the signals. Once we have a date, we will know a timescale for completion.  And, as of yesterday - lights now installed but some works need to be completed before the site can be made operational - date to be confirmed as soon as possible, (c) 24/25 – given that no further update is expected until 2027 that this Action be temporarily removed and an update reported back in June 2027, (d) 1/26 – to remove – as media release has been shared with Members and will be released this week, (e) 2/26 – to note - Phd Projects Report and Tracker will be made available for next BAC on 23/6/26, and (f) 4/26 – to remove – as a full breakdown of all associated costs has been provided within the Phase 3 Bairns Hoose Report to BAC on 2/6/26, and (2) in relation to the Appendix that there are no further updates at this time
