Purpose:

Content: The Committee considered a report by the Head of Place, Property and Regeneration (circulated previously) regarding the Ilfracombe Healthy Homes project.   In response to questions from the Committee, the Director of Resources and Deputy Chief Executive advised the following:   ·         Officers hoped to secure grant funding from Homes England for the Healthy Homes project, which if successful would mean less borrowing costs for the Council.   RECOMMENDED:   (a)  That the borrowing of the capital funding be endorsed and that Full Council be recommended to vary the Capital Programme by £1.259 million and that funds be released.   RESOLVED:   (b)  That the outcomes of the Equality Impact Assessment as summarised in paragraph 6 of the report be noted.
