Purpose:

Content: The Committee considered a report by the Head of Governance (circulated previously) regarding the Annual Performance Report and minute extract of the Scrutiny and Policy Development Committee held on 4 June 2026.   The Head of Governance advised that following consideration by the Scrutiny and Policy Development Committee the Annual Performance report had been updated and circulated as a supplementary document.  He outlined the changes that had been made.   It was noted that the paragraphs under the paragraph heading of “Planning applications” under “Reviewing our core services” be combined into a single paragraph.   RESOLVED:   (a)  That the report and all the actions that have been delivered since January 2025 be noted; (b)  That the publication of our Annual Performance Report be approved.
