Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 18 May 2026 (circulated previously) be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.   In response to a question in relation to minute 6 (d), the Director of Resources and Deputy Chief Executive advised that the priority phase one transfer of assets was currently being worked on and that any working group would be set up to consider the next phase of transfer of assets.  He had advised that no further requests had come forward.
