Purpose:
Content: To authorise a 20-year lease from the surrender of the existing lease for the Oasis Nature Garden Site located at Corner of Larkhall Lane and Studley Road, London, SW4 6SP is granted to Oasis Children’s Venture (OCV) on the terms set out in this report from the date of surrender of the existing lease and completion of a new lease. To authorise that rent of £5,500 per annum, and subsequent rent review value, is waived subject to Oasis Children’s Venture complying with submitting an annual social value return To authorise any subsequent amendments to the lease required in respect to the proposed works which includes the demolition of existing building and erection of a single storey building to be used as a classroom and nursery (Class Sui Generis) under planning reference 23/01133/RG4 dated 5 April 2023.
